Forgiven Collection Inspiration: The Story Of Christ Forgiving Another Sin
The scribes and Pharisees brought a woman before Jesus, pointed out her sin openly, and waited on his judgement. Instead he challenged them regarding their own state of righteousness - “let any one of you who is without sin be the first to cast a stone at her.” (John 8:7). There was no stone thrown at her. Jesus instead spoke “go and sin no more” to the woman.
Can I Be Forgiven?
According to the Bible
- everyone has sinned and fallen short
- through Jesus everyone who believes can be forgiven and set free from sin
- if we forgive one another, our heavenly father will also forgive us
